Taylor Made Salcombe was founded by Harriet, who remains heavily involved in the business on a day-to-day basis.

With over 12 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, including working at the very highest level of the industry, Harriet brings a discerning eye and an uncompromising standard to every aspect of the company. She understands exactly what guests expect from a luxury stay — and how to exceed those expectations — while also appreciating what property owners rightly require when entrusting someone with their home.

A high bar is set, and it is held personally.

Taylor Made Salcombe works with trusted, independent local companies for housekeeping and maintenance, with whom strong, long-standing relationships have been built. Crucially, responsibility always sits in-house. Every property is personally visited before and after each rental to ensure standards are met and any issues are addressed promptly.
