The interiors are beautifully finished — a little Scandi, a little coastal — with natural materials, soft tones and a warm, homely feel throughout. Finished to a high specification with all the modern amenities you’d expect, Lille offers effortless comfort in a thoughtfully designed space.
Arranged over two floors, Lille is ideal for couples or small families. The master suite sits upstairs, enjoying elevated estuary views, while the lower floor is home to a cosy, intimate open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, perfect for slow mornings and easy evenings. A second bedroom is also located downstairs, creating a practical and comfortable layout.
To the side of the building is a private terrace overlooking the estuary — a peaceful, serene spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine as the light changes over the water.
Despite its elevated, tranquil setting, Lille is just a five-minute walk into Salcombe harbour, making it wonderfully convenient for independent shops, excellent restaurants, ferry crossings and coastal walks. Off-street parking is also included — a real rarity in Salcombe.
